1. You show the property; we do the rest.
2. Communication after hours and weekends, just text call, text or email the listing agent.
3. When your client is ready just point them towards our website to complete the application and we take over from there.

Getting Paid Is Quick And Painless

Agents rave about our forms and process to get you paid.

1. The “Compensation Agreement between Brokers” will be filled out and sent digitally to you to be completed, then signed by your broker.
2. Once received back with all required information and a copy of your broker's W9, we will countersign and send you a copy.
3. Compensation is then mailed via USPS 30 calendar days after agreement (lease) start date.

We Pay Landlord Referral Fees
